Our patient care team is a dedicated, cohesive, and talented group of professionals, trained to provide the highest quality of personalized patient care in a compassionate, safe and accredited surgical environment. At Renaissance, our staff’s primary focus is on patient education and on providing attentive, supportive consultation services and perioperative care. We will listen to your individual concerns and goals, help you to manage your expectations, and educate you on how best to be a partner in your care. We will provide continual support and encouragement as you journey through your surgical experience, from our first meeting until your final postoperative visit. Tessa Neske, Front Desk Coordinator

Tessa is our Front Desk Coordinator, bringing over a decade of experience in healthcare administration. Throughout her career, she has developed a passion for excellent customer service and has learned how vital it is to providing patients with the best care and experience possible. As the Front Desk Coordinator, Tessa is the first point of contact for many Renaissance patients and truly believes in the importance and value of this role. Having had personal experience with the transformative effect of plastic surgery, she is excited to be a part of this journey for Dr. Nygaard’s patients and brings a level of understanding that allows for deep compassion and empathy. In her free time, Tessa has spent the past three years working to obtain her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and plans to graduate in November 2017. Aside from that, she loves spending time with her family and friends, reading, and enjoying Seattle’s coffee!

Iveta Everingham, RNFA

Iveta is our Registered Nurse First Assist, and has over 28 years nursing experience, and first assists Dr. Nygaard in the operating room here at our facility, and at Overlake Hospital. She specializes in plastic and reconstructive surgery, and is committed to providing the best service as a surgical first assist. Her work ethic, combined with her empathy towards patients, will comfort you as you enter the operating room for your procedure.  Her services are billed through your insurance company, and will be reviewed prior to scheduling with our office. In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors, cooking, baking and spending time with her husband and two fur babies!

Ronda Prentice, RN, BSN

Ronda is our registered nurse and brings a wealth of hands on patient care to our office, having over 12 years of experience. Since graduating from University of Washington with her BSN, she has worked in the ICU at Harborview Medical Center, and plastic surgery in the Seattle and Bellevue area. Here at Renaissance, Ronda conducts patient consultations, is involved in post-operative surgical visits, circulating in the operating room, post-operative recovery, and also provides IV sedation to our patients who do not require general anesthesia. Ronda has a passion for nursing, and you will always feel you are the most important part of her day. She enjoys all things Pacific Northwest such as skiing, snowboarding, hiking, boating, wakeboarding and golf.

Kelly Pfeifer, CST

Kelly has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development (2010) and an Associate’s Degree in Allied Health (2013). She has worked in mental health, social services and early childhood education, before making the decision to switch to the healthcare field. For the past five years she has been working as a Certified Surgical Technologist in a hospital setting, specializing primarily in vascular and robotic surgery. In the past year she has moved from the inpatient surgery environment to the more intimate environment of plastic surgery. At Renaissance Center Kelly is involved in the patient care experience from consultations, pre-ops, surgery and follow up care. She in the process of continuing her education, with hopes of becoming a Physician Assistant. In her spare time Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband and two beautiful, young children. She also volunteers with Hospice care services and participates in Arts Council meetings and festivals. 

Sarah Meyer, CMA

Sarah is our Certified Medical Assistant here at Renaissance Center. She began her medical career at age 18 with the achievement of her Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification and, subsequently, her Medical Assistant license in 2007. Sarah’s experience began in the primary care environment and has increased in scope to include plastic surgery. She has a special interest in aesthetics, and working with others to increase their self-confidence thru medical means. Proficient with all aspects of patient care, Sarah works in partnership with the operating room staff to deliver exceptional care thru consultations, pre and post-operation appointments, and general back office support. Sarah’s role has evolved to include operating room circulator and is typically a patient’s first point of contact on surgery days. With her love of aesthetics and her background in both primary care and plastic surgery, expect to feel comfortable and confident with Sarah! In her free time, Sarah enjoys yoga & being active, traveling, and spending time with her husband and dog.

Cambria King, LME, CMA

Cambria is our Patient Care Coordinator and Master Aesthetician, with over 12 years of experience in the medical field. She began her work as a certified medical assistant back in 2004, and has spent the majority of her career working in plastic surgery and dermatology. Cambria also has her Master Aesthetician license, with years of experience in skincare. Her role at Renaissance Center is a combination of coordinating the surgery schedule and performing skin care treatments to our patients. As Patient Care Coordinator, she will guide you through the surgery scheduling process and ensure that everything goes smoothly, from your initial consultation to your last appointment in the office. In her free time, Cambria enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, wine tasting, and Seahawks football!

Ashley Fritz, LMT, CNA

Ashley is our Insurance Specialist/Medical Biller, Certified Nurse Assistant and Licensed Massage Practitioner here at Renaissance Center. Her primary role at Renaissance Center pertains to all insurance related matters from coverage and benefits to pre-authorization, claims processing and appeals. For patients seeking insurance covered surgeries, Ashley will walk you through obtaining authorization for surgery, and provides out of pocket estimates for surgical expenses.  She acts as a liaison between your insurance plan and our office, and can address all matters pertaining to insurance coverage for your surgery. Ashley is also a Licensed Massage Practitioner, specializing in medical massage, and manual lymphatic drainage techniques. Supportive post-operative care with massage can ease pain and reduce healing time from your procedure. Ashley also functions as both front and back office support, helping out as needed with front desk, operating room, and clinical duties. In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and enjoying the wonderful opportunities the Northwest has to offer.
