Our patient care team is a dedicated, cohesive, and talented group of professionals, trained to provide the highest quality of personalized patient care in a compassionate, safe and accredited surgical environment. At Renaissance, our staff’s primary focus is on patient education and on providing attentive, supportive consultation services and perioperative care. We will listen to your individual concerns and goals, help you to manage your expectations, and educate you on how best to be a partner in your care. We will provide continual support and encouragement as you journey through your surgical experience, from our first meeting until your final postoperative visit. Iveta Everingham, RNFA

Iveta is our Registered Nurse First Assist, and has over 28 years nursing experience, and first assists Dr. Nygaard in the operating room here at our facility, and at Overlake Hospital. She specializes in plastic and reconstructive surgery, and is committed to providing the best service as a surgical first assist. Her work ethic, combined with her empathy towards patients, will comfort you as you enter the operating room for your procedure. Her services are billed through your insurance company, and will be reviewed prior to scheduling with our office. In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors, cooking, baking and spending time with her husband and two fur babies!

Ronda Prentice, RN, BSN

Ronda is our registered nurse and brings a wealth of hands on patient care to our office, having over 12 years of experience. Since graduating from University of Washington with her BSN, she has worked in the ICU at Harborview Medical Center, and plastic surgery in the Seattle and Bellevue area. Here at Renaissance, Ronda conducts patient consultations, is involved in post-operative surgical visits, circulating in the operating room, post-operative recovery, and also provides IV sedation to our patients who do not require general anesthesia. Ronda has a passion for nursing, and you will always feel you are the most important part of her day. She enjoys all things Pacific Northwest such as skiing, snowboarding, hiking, boating, wakeboarding and golf.

Kelly Pfeifer, CST

Kelly has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development (2010) and an Associate’s Degree in Allied Health (2013). She has worked in mental health, social services and early childhood education, before making the decision to switch to the healthcare field. For the past five years she has been working as a Certified Surgical Technologist in a hospital setting, specializing primarily in vascular and robotic surgery. In the past year she has moved from the inpatient surgery environment to the more intimate environment of plastic surgery. At Renaissance Center Kelly is involved in the patient care experience from consultations, pre-ops, surgery and follow up care. She in the process of continuing her education, with hopes of becoming a Physician Assistant. In her spare time Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband and two beautiful, young children. She also volunteers with Hospice care services and participates in Arts Council meetings and festivals.

Ashley Fritz, LMT, CNA

Ashley is our Insurance Specialist/Medical Biller, Certified Nurse Assistant and Licensed Massage Practitioner here at Renaissance Center. Her primary role at Renaissance Center pertains to all insurance related matters from coverage and benefits to pre-authorization, claims processing and appeals. For patients seeking insurance covered surgeries, Ashley will walk you through obtaining authorization for surgery, and provides out of pocket estimates for surgical expenses. She acts as a liaison between your insurance plan and our office, and can address all matters pertaining to insurance coverage for your surgery. Ashley is also a Licensed Massage Practitioner, specializing in medical massage, and manual lymphatic drainage techniques. Supportive post-operative care with massage can ease pain and reduce healing time from your procedure. Ashley also functions as both front and back office support, helping out as needed with front desk, operating room, and clinical duties. In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and enjoying the wonderful opportunities the Northwest has to offer.
